Stephanie Couturier graduated from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax NS, in the spring of 2009.
Stephanie has always enjoyed helping others. This combined with an interest in learning about our complex anatomy is what lead her toward massage therapy.
Stephanie has treated a wide range of conditions and injuries in her nearly 14 year career thus far. She mainly focuses on Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Release, and Cupping. But if a nice relaxing treatment is what you are after, she is happy to provide that as well!
Stephanie plans to add to her skill set with courses such as RAPID Neurofascial Reset in the future.
When not at work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, 2 dogs (Nicolas & Winston) and 2 cats (Kevin & Gertie). She also loves staying active, being in the outdoors, and traveling.
